Several Process Impact training courses that were developed by Karl Wiegers are available
for licensing. These courses have been presented many times to diverse audiences.
You might want to license a course for several reasons:
The license terms permit you to subset, modify, and extend the material to best suit the needs of your audiences. Each license package includes a complete set of PowerPoint slides with instructor notes, a white paper on the topic, work aids and worksheets, and guidance for presenting the course. Please e-mail us for prices or more information. Courses currently available for licensing are: Writing High-Quality Requirements (based on Karl Wiegers's book More About Software Requirements) Exploring User Requirements with Use Cases Software Inspections and Peer Reviews (based on Karl Wiegers's book Peer Reviews in Software) Project Management Best Practices (based in part on Karl Wiegers's book Practical Project Initiation) Many thousands of students worldwide have found Process Impact's training courses to be comprehensive, practical, and enjoyable. Now you may buy the student handouts for these courses individually. Each set of materials is a PDF file that includes slides in color, extensive slide notes, a white paper, and the worksheets and work aids for the course (view a sample). Each set of course materials is personalized for the purchaser. Purchased materials are for your personal use, so you may not make copies for your colleagues, install them on a server, or otherwise share them. (Licensing the course materials as described above does provide all of these options.)
